Description
A recovery focused approach is the contemporary best practice approach to supporting people with mental ill-health. If you have mental ill-health or are supporting people with mental ill-health, you need to know about a recovery focused approach. A complimentary module that is a perfect partner to the 'Introduction to mental ill-health' module.

Approximate time to complete module: 20 minutes (not including time spent looking at additional resources)

• Articulate the key concepts underpinning a recovery oriented approach
• Recognise the alignment between a person-centred and recovery focused approach
• Identify further resources about a recovery oriented approach.
